Everything an institute runs on, around the exam
Six screens do most of the work. Each one is shown live below, with what it does and the rules it follows. The rest of the institute is underneath.
Paper studio
Robin reads your syllabus, past papers and the board’s pattern, then drafts a blueprint you can change field by field. Questions are composed one at a time, checked against the last 12 months for repeats, and saved as a version you approve. Nothing is published until you do.
Course builder
Build any course, dynamically: course, level, paper, chapter. Upload the syllabus PDF and Studio drafts the chapters with page references; add your own subjects, marking rules and negative marking. A subject is marked ready only when its examination-standard checks pass.
Handwritten checking
Upload scanned answer sheets in any order. Studio reads the handwriting, matches pages to students and annotates each script the way an examiner would: ticks, circled mistakes, margin marks and a note for every deduction. Anything uncertain goes to a teacher, and results publish only when a teacher says so.
Online exams
The same paper can run online. Students get a timer, a question palette and autosave on every answer; it keeps working if the connection drops. MCQs are marked instantly with your negative marking, written answers join the checking queue, and proctoring flags go to a person.
Admissions
Your public page feeds a board. Every enquiry arrives with a verified phone, the batch they want, and whether they booked a free counselling visit or paid to hold a seat. Move them along, then convert to a student with their fee plan in one step.
Fees and accounts
Fee plans with instalments and concessions, UPI receipts, WhatsApp reminders, and a double-entry ledger underneath. The owner sees what’s collected and what’s due; the accountant posts vouchers and exports to Tally.
Messages
One place for email, SMS, WhatsApp and push. Templates in English and Hindi with DLT IDs checked before sending, quiet hours respected, and failed messages retried on the next channel. Every delivery is logged.
Autopilot
Rules for the routine: remind, follow up, flag. Each rule shows exactly who it would affect before you switch it on, logs what it did, and can be undone. Anything unusual goes to a person instead.
And the rest of the institute
Same people, batches and calendar underneath, so nothing is typed twice.
Every question you’ve used or written, tagged by chapter, difficulty, marks and where it was used, so new papers don’t repeat old ones.
Run tests online with a timer, or on paper with scan-in. Webcam proctoring flags moments for a person to review; it never decides on its own.
Your header, logo, fonts, numbering, roll-number box and where marks show. Every paper prints the same way.
Course, level and subject, with the syllabus read from your PDF. A subject is “ready” only when its examination-standard checks pass.
Join links per batch, attendance taken as students join, recordings kept and shared to the right batch.
Board and competitive exam dates, your paper schedule, and ICAI / ICSI / HSC circulars, with an .ics feed for everyone’s phone.
Students, guardians and staff, each with a consent history per purpose. Minors need a guardian’s OTP.
Timings, teachers, seats and waitlists, with transfer and pause, linked to the course and chapter they’re on.
Leave balances and requests, payslips, and staff records, with each person seeing only their own.
Sell notes, mock sets and books on your public page and inside the student app, paid by UPI or card.
Chat scoped by batch, notices with read receipts, and parent–teacher meeting booking pages.
Fee collection, attendance, results and more, plus result links you can share and revoke, with expiry and open counts.
LMS over LTI 1.3 with grades sent back, single sign-on over OIDC or SAML, and up to five custom domains.
For universities: scholars with similarity holds, publications with .bib export, grants with expenses and equipment booking.
A 30-minute call in English or Hindi. We make a paper from a chapter you choose, live.
