Subscriptions
- You can cancel a plan any time from Billing in RPS Studio. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
- A plan is billed in advance for its period. A period that has started is not refunded part-way, unless the service was not available to you as described.
- Prices are shown before you pay and exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice.
Credit packs
- Credits pay for papers made and scripts checked. Unused credits stay in your wallet while your account is open.
- A pack bought by mistake can be refunded in full if none of its credits have been used: write to us within 7 days of buying it.
- When a paper or a checked script fails for a reason on our side, its credits go back to your wallet.
Fees your institute collects
Course fees, registration fees and store orders paid to an institute through RPS Studio are the institute’s, and the institute sets its own refund rules and shows them before you pay. Registration fees on institute pages are refundable until the batch starts. Ask the institute first; if it does not answer, write to us and we will follow it up.
How a refund is paid
An approved refund goes back to the way you paid (card, UPI or bank account) through the payment provider, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. A receipt and a credit note are issued for every refund.
